Some years ago I wrote an article for the theological journal Bibliotheca Sacra concerning the interpretation of the "Prince of Persia" as mentioned in Daniel 10. The chapter was based on my doctoral thesis in French "La notion juive des anges des nations à la lumière du texte biblique." The article is a summary of one chapter of that thesis and continues to be relevant in light of world events.
